- The proceedings template below must be strictly followed when submitting papers for consideration. You might use this template to each part of your paper from your original file (title, author(s), institution, e-mail, abstract, keywords etc.).
- The proceedings will be published on CD-ROM, and authors of published papers will receive 3 disks containing copies of the issue in which their paper appeared.
The documents should include:
- Abstract of no more than 250 words.
- Text in MS Word.
- Musical examples (.pdf or .jpg) and figures (.jpg) should be less than 1MB in size.(300 dpi)
- Submitted templates must not include authorship. All contact details should be provided , including the author’s name, e-mail address, affiliation.
- Authors are responsible for obtaining and providing copyright permission, if necessary.
- Articles should range from 5,000 to 10,000 words (excluding notes and references).
Text Preparation
- MLA Formatting and Style Guide.(use endnotes ,not footnotes)
- Formatting: Use Times New Roman 20-point for the title, 12-point for the text with single space in the paragraph in each page.Use 12-point for Abstract .
- Spacing: Single spacing should be used in all instances, after periods, colons, semicolons. Add line space before paragraph without indent. The text should be justified.
- Names of works: Generic titles should be given in Italic.
- Musical note names: Flats, sharps, and naturals can be indicated by the conventional symbols or spelled out (e.g., C-sharp, D-flat, or B-natural).
- Musical Examples, Tables, Figures, diagrams, and other material should be supplied in the original document and other separate document with short descriptive captions (not longer than a single line is advised).
